Meet Eliza
Eliza Kelly is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Sports Dietitian and a nice, supportive human.
I was an active kid who loved getting outside and playing any sport with friends but I eventually found my passion in rowing. It was through rowing that I learned the value of hard work, resilience and the power of a supportive community. These experiences sparked my interest in health and led me to roles as a swimming instructor, rowing coach, group fitness instructor and eventually into study. I completed a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and then a Master of Dietetics, with the goal of becoming a Sports Dietitian.
While my fitness journey began with rowing, it has since expanded to include cycling, swimming, running and strength training, although I still have a soft spot for group fitness and club sports.
My approach to nutrition is grounded in evidence, but always rooted in real life. Food should support you, not stress you out. I believe in helping people eat in a way that is adaptable, sustainable and personalised to their goals and lifestyle.
I founded Fluid Performance Nutrition to help active people fuel with purpose and feel empowered through every stage of life and sport. Whether you’re a growing athlete, elite performer, weekend adventurer, or just trying to feel better in your body again, nutrition plays a pivotal role in how you feel and how you perform. My goal is to help you build confidence around food, performance and long-term health.
